Welcome to your digital photo gallery by Photogenic Productions! By accessing and using this gallery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Gallery Access and Usage
The digital gallery link provided to you is for personal use only. Sharing of this link with third parties is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The gallery will be available for download for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, Photogenic Productions reserves the right to remove the gallery.
2. Copyright and Licensing
All images in this gallery are copyrighted by Photogenic Productions. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the images for personal purposes only (e.g., sharing on personal social media accounts, printing for personal use).
The images may not be used for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling, licensing, or redistributing the images without written consent from Photogenic Productions.
3. Editing and Alterations
The images provided are the final, edited versions. Clients are not permitted to alter, edit, or apply filters to the images, including on social media platforms.
If additional editing is desired, please contact Photogenic Productions to discuss editing options and applicable fees.
4. Image Selection and Delivery
Photogenic Productions will provide the client with a curated selection of the best images from the session. The final selection is at the discretion of Photogenic Productions, ensuring the highest quality images are delivered.
No unedited or RAW images will be provided under any circumstances.
5. Digital File Formats
The digital images will be delivered in high-resolution JPEG format. Additional file formats may be requested and provided at the discretion of Photogenic Productions, and may incur additional charges.
6. Social Media Usage
When sharing the images on social media, the client agrees to provide appropriate credit to Photogenic Productions (@photogenic_productions on Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Watermarking and crediting help protect the integrity of the work and ensure proper attribution to the artist.
7. Liability
Photogenic Productions is not responsible for any third-party misuse or unauthorized sharing of images by the client or their contacts.
Once the digital files are delivered, Photogenic Productions is not responsible for lost or damaged files. It is the client’s responsibility to download and back up the images in a timely manner.
8. Revisions and Replacements
Any requests for replacement of digital files (e.g., if a file is corrupted or not received) must be made within 14 days of receiving the gallery link. Requests made after this period may incur an additional fee for access and delivery.
9. Termination of Agreement
Photogenic Productions reserves the right to terminate access to the digital gallery at any time, for any reason, without liability. In the case of termination, no further usage of the images is permitted.
10. Force Majeure
Photogenic Productions is not liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failure, or other force majeure events.
